Registro user lsst
The LIneA provides a set of services and platforms that support the scientific activities of members of the LSST (Legacy Survey of Space and Time) collaboration. These resources include analysis environments, specialized tools, and access to restricted data.
To ensure security and proper authorization, only users who are officially part of the LSST collaboration may access these resources. For this reason, the LIneA registration process requires that the user, in one of its steps, signs in using an active Rubin Science Platform (RSP) account by selecting the “LSST Members (RSP Account)” option.
Important: Independent Environments¶
Although an RSP login is required during registration, it is essential to emphasize that:

LIneA and the RSP are completely independent environments, maintained by different teams and hosted on separate infrastructures.

LIneA has no authority to create, manage, or recover RSP accounts.

Being able to access the RSP does not automatically grant access to LIneA services. The RSP login step is only one of the mandatory verification steps in our registration process.
If the user does not have an active RSP account, the LIneA registration process cannot be completed. In such cases, we recommend that the user first request or activate their RSP account.

Follow the instructions below to enable the resources offered by LIneA to LSST members.
Even users already registered with LIneA as a general public must perform all of the following steps.
1. Go to: https://scienceplatform.linea.org.br/lsp
2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click "Sign In".
3. Select the RSP login option by clicking the "LSST MEMBERS (RSP ACCOUNT)" button.
4. On the CILogon page, search for and select your institution in the "Select an Identity Provider" field.
5. After this step, an "Unauthorized Access" message will appear. When this happens, click "register here".
6. Fill out the registration form displayed and accept the terms to complete the process.
